OMG.... I feel weak just reading that. My cousin went to China on business - seems honored guests get the fish HEAD, eyes all sparklie - and the people get the rest of the fish - he had to eat it to keep from insulting his hosts. He said he prayed if he got it down, God would KEEP it down.... luckily, that worked!
