Craig Fugate in New York City on Tuesday to announce a multimillion dollar federal program that, in theory, will notify mobile phone users in times of grave emergency.

Not a single soul in DC believes we are out of money! UGH! And they have no flipping idea what a total panic it would cause in this country if we were all to get an 'emergency' message from the government! It's laughable
