Civilians and military are two seperate species. We're losing a good soldier with troops who love him, because of p.c. What did you all think? Deacons are out there fighting and dieing for us??
THis is a joke the navy already told him stop. Then four years later they say ohh your in trouble now. In the civilian world that would be unheard of in our country. As a former Marine and now a army grunt all I can think is that people just want to hurt the military no matter what. We fight your wars, we clean the worlds mess just let us police ourselves.
I was a Naval Aviator (Crusaders and Phantoms) in the early 1970s. Starting with the Tailhook witch hunt and continuing today with this incredible PC obsession, the liberal media and the CYA political brass are once again trashing the careers of the top performers in their field. This disincentive to spend a career in the service will result in a devastating leadership vacuum with commanders hiding in their foxholes hoping to sneak past the liberal scrutiny and survive to retire. Macarthur and Patton would not exist in todays military. Shame on the CNO for laying down for this. The XO was just trying to reach out to the Seaman Apprentice in ships company with a little salty humor.Too bad he was born too late. We would have loved him on CVA 62. Im embarrassed for the new Navy.
