There have been suggestions for over a year now that the White House and the Democratic leadership operates like the Corlene family: making offers people cannot refuse, intimidating lawmakers, industries, corporations, CEOs, etc, threatening punishment if they do not deliver, offering inducements to give them what they want, and so on. It’s a sordid business. Many folks have suspected that this is how this gang operates, but no one has been willing to blow the whistle on them.
