"Men dressed in scuba gear protest outside the Presidential house in Tegucigalpa against the presidential initiative to reform the Constitution June 24, 2009. They were dressed as scuba divers to parody President Manuel Zelaya's diving trip in Cochinos Cays earlier this year. Zelaya will hold on June 28 a referendum on changing the constitution to let him run for a second term, following similar moves by leftist allies in Latin America."
