"Yesterday about 800 people gathered outside the Israeli consulate to support Israel. Among those I met was Mr. Gaurang G. Vaishnav, executive vice president of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, or World Hindu Council of America. He was there in the cold, along with numerous fellow Hindu compatriots and Christians, joining Jewish Israel-supporters during this difficult time."
