So when the river changes course the land no longer belongs in Texas or Oklahoma, it 'magically' becomes 'federal' land. Ya just can't make up that degree of hubris. BTW, in essence that is the same way that all that land in Nevada became 'federal' land - they claimed it because they maintained that no one else owned it..................
