There's something to be said for Homeowners' Associations, as it does protect the integrity' of the hood - at least on the exterior of the properties.... but for heavens sake - IT'S CHRISTMAS! What is wrong with a little holiday spirit! (I say that as someone who lives in the forest primeval 50 miles from the nearest Walmart!)
